Ukrainian troops attacked bridges on the administrative border between the Kherson region and Crimea near Chongar, Acting Governor of the Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo said.
"The criminal Kiev regime committed a barbarous shelling of civilian facilities - bridges on the administrative border between the Kherson region and Crimea near Chongar," wrote Saldo in his Telegram channel.
According to a preliminary assessment, British Storm Shadow missiles were used during the strike, he added.
The road surface was damaged on the bridges, there were no casualties.

По его словам, пока идет обследование конструкций Чонгарского моста выбирать для поездок в Запорожскую и Херсонскую область можно маршрут через город Армянск.

A preliminary inspection of the Chongar Bridge between the Kherson Region and the Republic of Crimea which was shelled by Ukrainian troops did not reveal any serious damage and will be restored quickly, Vladimir Konstantinov, chairman of the Crimean State Council, said.
