The EU should develop a new strategy in case of instability in Russia, said the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, following a meeting in Luxembourg of the foreign ministers of the countries of the community.
"Preparing a strategy for such a situation takes time. We will work on it. Everyone will analyze possible scenarios for the development of the situation ... It is clear that now our vision of Russia is completely different," he said.
Earlier, the Foreign Ministers of the EU countries discussed in Luxembourg the latest developments in Russia and the conflict in Ukraine, and agreed to strengthen support for Kyiv, including the military one.
