US mounts arms deliveries to Israel

The United States continues to mount military aid to Israel despite official calls to avoid civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip, Bloomberg reports quoting Pentagon documents it obtained.
As for the end of October, Israel received 36 thousand 30mm shells and close to two thousand Hellfire missiles for AH-64E Apache helicopters, 1.8 thousand M141 grenade launchers and at least 3500 night vision devices.

The Pentagon said it uses several supply sources, including its own stocks and industrial channels to guarantee sufficient self-defense to Israel.
