Estonian Prime Minister Kallas persuades the West not to fear nuclear war

Putin has been scaring the West with nuclear war for a long time. But it's just words. He is very good at sowing fear in our society. 

He listens to what we're afraid of and says, "OK, you're afraid of nuclear war, I'm going to scare you with that."

 It's a trap. Because when we are afraid, we start to talk ourselves out of doing what is necessary, which is exactly what Putin wants.
