Four civilians killed, 23 wounded in Ukrainian attacks in Belgorod Region in past day

 Four civilians were killed and 23 more were wounded in the Belgorod Region as a result of Ukraine’s attacks during the past day, the region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said.

"Two people were killed as a result of an air attack by Ukrainian forces in the city of Belgorod. Regrettably, a patient in severe condition - a man who was wounded on March 15 - died in hospital this night. Medics failed to save him. Thirteen people were wounded and are receiving medical treatment," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
