Iranian ambassador to Turkey was surprised that the United States knew about the terrorist attack in Russia in advance

Iranian Ambassador to Ankara Mohammad Hassan Habibollahzadeh believes that the terrorist attacks in the Moscow region and in the Iranian city of Kerman are similar, the diplomat was surprised at how the United States knew about them in advance, “the secret must be revealed.” 

“A few months ago, 89 people were killed in Kerman. Now the same operation has been repeated in Russia... The terrorist attack in Russia and the terrorist attack in Iran are very similar. In that terrorist attack, the United States said: “We knew about it and were notified.” Now "They say the same thing about Russia. The question for us is: How does the US know about terrorist attacks in advance? And why do these attacks always happen in our region?" - said the diplomat.
