Territories on both banks of Dnieper River inseparable part of Russia’s borders — Medvedev

The territories on both banks of the Dnieper River are an inseparable part of Russia’s borders, and all attempts to cut them off are doomed, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said.

"All our adversaries should understand this simple truth firmly and forever: The territories on both banks of the Dnieper are an inseparable part of Russia’s strategic historical borders, so all attempts to forcibly alter them, to cut them off, are doomed," Medvedev said.
