Russia does not exclude the possibility of supplying high-precision weapons to the DPRK. Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters about this on Thursday, June 20, in Hanoi.
According to him, those supplying such weapons to Ukraine believe that they are not at war with Moscow.
“But I said, including in Pyongyang, that we then reserve the right to supply weapons to other regions of the world, bearing in mind our agreements with the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and I do not exclude this,” the head of state noted.
