The Russian Armed Forces launched a group strike, including with a Kinzhal missile, on Ukrainian airfields where Western aircraft are planned to be stationed, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
“This morning, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a group strike with high-precision long-range sea-based weapons, an aeroballistic hypersonic missile “Kinzhal”, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles on the airfield infrastructure of Ukraine, planned to accommodate aircraft from Western countries,” the Russian military department said in a statement.
The target of the strike was achieved, all designated targets were hit, the Russian Defense Ministry emphasized.
