Russian Foreign Ministry: The United States allowed Ukraine to launch new strikes on Russian territory

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky received carte blanche from the United States to carry out new attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The head of the second department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexey Polishchuk, announced permission for the Zelensky regime to launch new attacks with American weapons on Russian territory. According to the diplomat, the United States continues to “unwind the spiral of escalation.” Washington is trying in every possible way to shield Kyiv and justify its own crimes, RIA Novosti reports.

 Polishchuk believes that Washington “dreams of illusions of its own superiority” and wants to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Moscow, after which the American side will “sit back in safety.”

 According to a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, such actions could entail unpredictable consequences for the United States and the whole world.

The diplomat emphasized that during the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Sevastopol, the targeting was carried out by American military specialists with the help of a Pentagon drone patrolling in that region.
