Israel’s strikes on Lebanon ‘justified’ because of Hezbollah’s hidden weapons

Israeli claims that Hezbollah is hiding some of its arsenal among civilians legitimizes its attacks on those targets, Senior fellow for Middle Eastern studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, and Former Special envoy to Iran, Elliott Abrams, told Al Arabiya News.

Despite saying that he doesn’t have intelligence on those Israeli claims, Abrams said “Hamas and Hezbollah both hide weapons, including missile launchers, in the houses of civilians, which makes those legitimate military targets.”
